Stamp duty on second home

Hi all,

If you were to split the purchase of a property with a family member (they would be main resident, you wouldn't live there), would you have to pay second home sdlt on your share, or the purchase price? Let's say the purchase was £180k, and your share was 30k.

If the latter, would the main resident also be paying the usual 2%?
