Can get drives to show up on mining rig?

So not too long ago I got into mining burst and I have roughly 60 TBs of HDDs. I’ve been having an issue with getting my computer to show all the drives, even in disk management. After a couple restarts I got it to register about 6 of my 15 drives. I’ve googled it extensively but can’t really get many results, obviously trying to hook 15 drives up to a computer isn’t all the common. So I was wondering if you might have had a similar situation as this? I’m running the drives via SATA ports and two SAS cards and my computer is running windows 10. Is it maybe an operating system issue? The boot menu says there are any where from 7-27 bootable devices detected depending upon when I restart it I also get an error “1 or more drives was not detected upon start up; press F1 to continue; F5 to run diagnostics; and F2 to go to the start up menu F1 boots the computer normally, F5 runs diagnostics and says everything is fine, and the start up menu has all the drive slots enabled

Anyone have any ideas?
