Holy Trainer v3 arrived, but having issue using bathroom (and a general review of the device)

I have noticed that for some reason, even when using tons of lube, that I cannot line up my cock to be able to use the bathroom without hitting the inside of my cage. Is there something I can do to try to fix it short of using my grinder to widen the opening in the front? (If I have to do that then I will but I would rather to anything else that wont alter the device itself before.) I would like to wear this device 24/7 but cannot until I can rectify this issue.

Onto the device itself. Its very interesting looking, very cute (I got the pink one), and extremely comfortable to wear. I dont really notice the material changing much but the site claims it will soften slightly as it warms to your body tempurature. In any case, it feels great. Range of motion is 100%, I can lay down, sit, stand, and be on hands and knees without issue or pinching. Now, as far as pinching goes, while the device is made so that pinching cant occur once its on, putting it on can present one pinch point where the two parts connect at the top of the cage, and due to the housing shape for the locking mechanism, the point at which it can pinch will be extremely painful if you do pinch there. Being careful can easily fix this however, so its not too much of an issue.
