Question about bunker boots

I have to wear my bunker boots for hours at a time during my FF1 class, and while I don’t really mind or think about it during the class, my feet kill for the next 2 days. Do any of you guys use inserts or something? I’m finding that I can barely walk the next day after being on my feet in them for a few hours.
