[Product Question] Looking for help with products available in my country

I was reading the guides and recommended products, and it seems that I can't get most of the stuff here (Mexico). I already have chosen a mositurizer(Neutrogena oil free) and an physical exfoliation remedy (Loreal men expert pure matte). Are those ok?
