We've been discussing potential actors for the new Netflix series, but how about potential filming locations? Any ideas for places that would make a good Kaer Morhen?

I was just thinking about how many people travel to Croatia to see the filming location of Game of Thrones. I wonder if there are any comparably appropriate places for the new Netflix series - for example for Kaer Morhen.
