My 17 year old daughter just told me she is gay. I’m hoping you nice people can help me out! Not sure if this is ok to post here?

I’m a 46 year old heterosexual mom. I’m scared for my daughter that she will be made fun of and be discriminated against. I love her with all my heart but am having a hard time with what all this means and how to support her while I’m constantly crying. She told me two days ago. I’m scared she won’t find love. Basically I’m just scared. Any help would be appreciated. I just want to be a good mom to her and all of this is so foreign. Again any advice welcome
