Pump glitch is broken as FUCK

Ok so if you shoot a pump and you switch away to another weapon or even build, it will not cock back another shot. When you switch back to it, it takes a solid 4 seconds (twice the time of the normal pump firerate) to shoot. It's obviously a side effect of their lazy method to fix the double pump, now even streamers refuse to use it because it's so shit now.
