Difference in PS3 vs PS4 Move?

Just picked up my PSVR this weekend and am wanting to get move controllers, but definitely am trying to keep my budget. How much of a performance difference is there?

Would love advice on this, as I'm absolutely wanting to do Skyrim in VR, just looks hella fun.
