was considering a ryzen 5 1600 and a cheap mobo since he will not be overclocking or anything.

FIgured i would get some advice since Im not the best budget builder. I will be supplying a case, fans and an SSD for this build and for the moment we dont need an HDD or ill just grab an extra i have laying around if needed.
