So many signals, so confused.
As the title says I'm currently in a bit of a dilemma with a girl. She sends signals that, at least in my eyes mean something. I'm probably gonna get told to open my eyes but whatever.
The situation is as follows. Meet in August, she has a bf, we 3 and a few others are a group of friends online, some friends come, some friends go, she always shows signs of liking her bf, we get along as friends and are pretty close but not overly close, she has a meltdown (depression is a thing, who would have guessed) and leaves everyone including her bf, February she contacts bf and me wanting to speak, I didn't respond to a friend request due to her making a new account but she still spoke with him, they broke up and don't speak often at all, about a week ago her ex bf messaged me saying it's her and she wants to speak, we re unite and here we are.
Now onto 'signs'. She is a lot more giddy and open with me. She always says she can't stop laughing and smiling when she is with me. She asked for my phone number and snapchat pretty quick considering she didn't before and now she wants them in a couple of days.
She shows her face a lot. Again we met online, chill. We go from knowing each other for months and nothing. Few days after a 2 month break and she is always sending me pics. I'm always complimenting her back and she is always telling me how cute I am, as a person as well as physically.
The jokes. This is where it gets confusing for me. We always are using sexual jokes with each other. It's a running gag between us. We always go on about getting married, sending nudes and all that. Nudes are a joke between us as we both dislike them for the most part. We have never sent anything overly sexual though. I haven't sent anything. She has sent a few that are questionable.
The 'I love you'. She has told me multiple times. Of course I don't know if this means as a friend or not. What leads me to believe she sees me as a friend is that she called me 'bestie' once. Problem is a few of my friends said they got called that and the girls they were talking to liked them as more than a friend.
The awkwardness. Or should I saw non awkwardness. There is none. She is so open which I guess can be taken in multiple ways. She sees me as a friend and so can act that way around me. She likes me as more, listens and knows me well enough knowing I like that sort of stuff, when people open up and be their true selves, not pretending to be something they are not.
[Edit] Forgot to mention she has asked and questioned about some of my female friends asking who they are but never with my male friends. She has also asked a little about my ex gfs and was a bit surprised/excited (I think :/ ) when I said I was single.
Well I think that's everything, I may add a little extra if I forgot something but I think I got it all. Thanks for reading this mountain. Both genders views would be nice. Thanks :)
