Emergency, please help answer a question about credit scores and buying a home...

Saving

READ EDIT 2

We are in Michigan.

Long story short, myself and my fiancé are buying a home. She is using her credit alone. We are currently in the final stages of the process and something hit her credit as we have been tied of paying for rent and bills all at one location while paying for bills, mortgage costs and etc at the new location as well.

Will they have to pull her credit again before closing? They have already pulled it, I believe, a couple times in the beginning of the process to approve her. From the way the guy sounds, he got everything worked out and we are in the clear.

However we are freaking out now because this just randomly happened and we were supposed to close sometime this week or next, and we have already put forth close to $2000, plus our down payment for all this to go through...

Please help.

Edit: in the event he will be having her credit pulled again, is there any possible way to get her credit score back up real quick?

EDIT 2: Well we talked to the lender and explained the situation. Luckily the lender contact is apparently the senior loan person and said he completely understands what with t being our first house and stuff.

So in addition to that, he said he’s already got everything he needed done and all they are waiting for is one final thing on the seller’s side and we close...so hopefully that’s tomorrow or this week. I’ll keep you all updated or make a new thread. Thank you all so far.
