Excited, but feeling lonely.

Hi all. I got a BFP on Wednesday last week, and my EDD is 11/14/2018. I’m 28/f, and have a stable life. I’m an RN, and my husband 30/m, is a pharmacist.

We told his parents we were expecting on Friday, and they’re so excited! Then, we told my Mom (my dad passed away when I was a baby) on Saturday. And to be honest, she doesn’t seem too excited.

My Mom and I have always been bff’s. Maybe she’s feeling sad that her little girl is all grown-up. Or that I don’t need her. I’m not sure. When I’ve been trying to send her pics/updates, she doesn’t respond.

I’m just feeling lonely, and honestly surprised that my Mom isn’t over-the-moon with the news.
