How does support/admin differentiate between giftees that legitimately never got a gift and the ones who just don't post a thank you, maybe in the hopes of getting rematched and a second gift? I get shipping proof from the Santa helps to determine those that were never sent a gift in the first place, but what about the ones where the gift was sent but got lost in the mail or something?
