What is the total cost of tuition and fees for UOIT's Teacher's College (16 month program)?

I'm a prospective student considering my options, and UOIT is one of the schools I applied to for teacher's College. I've checked online for tuition and related fees and have found some numbers totaling to approx. $7,500 / year (not including my GO transportation). However, I called in to the admissions office to ask questions since the Teacher's College program is compressed to 16 months and the values online are a bit confusing for a compressed program. The person who handled my call informed me that after all fees are considered, my tuition would be closer to $10,000 / year. That's a substantial difference, so I'm hoping someone here might be able to provide some insight with their experience. Thank you in advance.
