Friend's B7 in crash; thinking of taking it off him before he scraps it

Pictures are in link. I do not think I will care for the body parts, but I'm concerned about the wheel. Does anyone know about the difficulty of replacing the parts or sourcing them for the wheel? I've never done much suspension stuff, especially on Audis. Is this a formidable task?
