Sample Times?

I've been getting into FBA since about January this year. I haven't pulled the trigger on one product just yet. I ordered 1 sample back in January, and the company was great. Communicated the whole time all the way through shipping.

We decided not to move forward on that product and we are now looking at a second item. Got into contact with the manufacturer and gave them the $90 sampling & shipping fee. They said it would be about 7 days to manufacturer the item and a few days to ship.

Its not been about 14 days since I've paid and I haven't heard anything from them. I've done a couple of friendly messages asking for an update and tracking number, but they read them and never answer.

Did I get swindled and lose $90?
