What's the creepiest area of the game ?

In your opinion, what's the creepiest area of the game:

• Upper Cathedral Ward
• Yahar'gul, the Unseen Village(first time at least)
• Research Hall
• Fishing Hamlet
• Forbidden Woods

I think these are the creepiest areas in the game in that order but what's your opinion? And do tell if you think another area was scary.
