its been 3 years of attempting nofap. my life sucks

im 20 years old and have been trying nofap for 3 years. the furthest i made it was 70 days back in july 2017. ever since i have been only able to make it 30 days or less. now im on day 1. guys what can i do?!!! im not suicidal or anything, but man is this making me depressed.. please i wish there was some kind of force helping me through this. i just need to make it to 90 days. i cant believe i havent made it to 90 days after trying this for 3 years.
