Anyone else get unexpected Adobe onboarding emails today?

I received a password confirmation email and other onboarding messages from Creative Cloud this afternoon, but took no action that would've triggered this. I'm curious if this is a widespread thing due to some database update or if I need to look into whether my email address has been compromised.
