Could OJ be charged and imprisoned if he actually admitted to killing his ex wife and Ron Goldman now?

Let's say his conscience gets the best of him and he has a mental breakdown from the years of deceit and lies. His kids convince him to come clean and he does through with it, could he be recharged and sentenced?
