I am a horrible sister

My actions indirectly caused my brother to suffer from frostbite longer than he should have. Even though both my mom and best friend have told me it’s not my fault, I still “feel guilty” about this. We took him to the hospital last night and the dr today advised they need to remove all of his toes. I just keep thinking “had I said something sooner he would be walking out of the hospital”.
