Has anyone heard from Ceratac?

I ordered their SBR kit on 2/27 and it finally got delivered on Friday. When I opened it I realized they sent me the Carbine kit instead. Ever since then I've been trying to get a hold of them with no response. Has anyone else been able to get though. Everything I find on Reddit says they have great customer service. The worst part is I'm a MD resident so I can't even use the upper legally because it doesn't have a heavy barrel. :/

edit: Just to keep everyone updated. I finally made it through to Ceratac. The guy was very professional. He shipped out the correct order right away and sent me a return label. He said that they were all caught up now so hopefully people won't experience the same issue I had.
