Cheap Jerky Racks & Increasing capacity of MES 40

Hey all,

I LOVE making jerky, and I've finally tried it in my MES 40 this weekend. The end result was wonderful. My current tactic is to cure the jerky overnight, then tetris the raw pieces onto cookie cooling racks for smoking. The small ones only fits one per rack on in the MES and the big "Double" racks are too deep to fit at all. Id like to build custom mesh jerky racks out of expanded SS or something similar...does anybody have any suggestions as to where i may be able to purchase something of this sort?

ALSO! Has anybody ever seen any mods to increase rack capacity in one of these MES? I'd like to increase from 4 racks to maybe 8 or 10 for when I'm doing bulk Jerky or just ribs as they are so low profile. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
