Bought Chromebook from eBay, suspicions it may be hacked/compromised?

Bought a factory refurbished Samsung Chromebook Plus from Top5Mobile (https://www.ebay.com/usr/top5mobile) and it arrived today. Booted up fine and I logged in and that prompted me to think to myself "I should reset". I reset the machine (powerwash) booted, logged, and notice trovi search was listed under new tab section. I'm not sure if this was existing from another chrome/computer but it gave me pause and a want to investigate.

I turned off wifi and searched for software information and saw a lot of interesting things in the command line that seemed suspicious to me. I'm not an expert in ChromeOS. Also thought it was interesting I couldn't directly search for update (i.e. To turn on automatic updates) Can anyone confirm this info is legitimate? OS1 OS2

Likely just paranoia but worth checking into. Anyone heard of this even being a thing?
