Easy elective course (EAS 100 or BIOL 108)

Hi everyone! I am really confused and any help will be appreciated. I need to take one of the course as my elective. My course load is pretty rough and I am looking for an easy course.

BIOL 108 or EAS 100? Which one should I take?
