Sod question

I live in the 7B zone. I have a large tree in my front yard so it is partial shade all day. I am wanting to replace my front lawn with Zoysia sod, but I have the choice of Palisades or El Toro. What would you all recommend? Also what would be the proper pre-work for doing sod? I was going to till the front and remove the current weed/grass. Do I need to lime or fertilize prior to sodding?
