Prismatik - multi-Mon Configuration?

Been browsing here an I'm not sure I'm doing this right. I have an Arduino powered WS2812B strip setup; 34 on top/bottom, 20 on sides. 108 Total, starting in lower right corner of monitor and going around clockwise. I've been able to configure a profile on monitor 1 just fine.

Now I want to add a second monitor with additional leds.

Can i wire the second string to my first (effectively adding another 108 leds) and then use prismatik to configure leds 109->216 to monitor 2?

Or do i need another controller (arduino) and setup as a second controller/device?
