Unable to use T-Mobile Tuesday offers due to Government or Military discount

I tried to take advantage of the MLBtv offe, ok I realize the offer isn’t available yet though it proves the point I can’t log in, but couldn't log into the tmo Tuesday app. Tech support spent 4 days looking into it and said its because im military or government discount. When I look at all the fine print of the promotion it says EVERYONE is allowed to participate; even employees.

Any help here? Where else do I send this issue? What else can I do?

Update: I started tweeting help and chatted with so many different people. Everyone promised to help but never got back. Finally a guy looked at my account and realized I’ve been such a long customer that my account was ported wrong. Two minutes later it was all resolved!
