Hazard Boy!
Name: Robert 'Rob' Smith
Alias: Hazard Boy
Date of birth: Oct 3rd, 1995
Tier: Superhuman
Alignment: chaotic jerk
Registration status: Unregistered
Intentions: Both
Appearance: Rob's usual outfit consists of a dark red hoodie and tracksuit pants to match, with well-combed and yet a scruffy beard. His 'villain' outfit is essentially as many dark items of clothing as possible, making him a shadow and very difficult to see in low light.
Background: Rob's powers manifested when he was getting trampled underfoot by a large crowd at a black friday sale. Once he learned to mostly control it, he used it to cause mass minor annoyance in his town district until a supervillain who could open rifts to other universes tore one open and tossed Rob through. He landed in a universe where there happened to be an alternate version of him, but heroic. Upon learning this, Rob decided to make it his life goal to pester and harass his alternate self.
Personality: Rob, or Hazard-Boy, doesn't quite know what he's doing most of the time but struts his way through villainy and life in general. He's on-edge most of the time, extremely disloyal, is selfish, and would rather sacrifice something of his own to make others unhappy than do nothing and let them go on their way.
Equipment/Resources: Hazard Boy carries around a slingshot, a bag full of pebbles, and a bunch of sand in his pocket to throw at people.
Powers: Hazard-Boy can activate a field around them which has a radius of about 20 meters which tends to cause chaos; zips would zip and unzip themselves constantly, doors would lock, unlock, open, and close randomly (although moreso when people are trying to get through them), car engines will stall, radios, televisions, and phones would all turn on and tune in to random channels, stations, or dial random numbers from the contact list. Books would fling themselves out of people's hands, alarms would go off, belts would unbuckle and shoelaces would untie themselves. Guns within the field would jam, or backfire and damage the weapon. Most technology would also glitch out around him, although the effect is inconsistent in affecting meta technology.
The examples given are not the full extent of the field's effects but they are indicative of what they do to objects within the field.
