Kirby and the Rainbow Curse is super underrated.

The game isn't long by any means, but I just 100% completed it. I loved every minute. I know it gets flak for only really being playable on the gamepad, but I didn't mind whatsoever. Everything people complained about in the past don't really seem that major (Transformations). All in all, I loved it and encourage more people to play it. It'll probably get ported to the 3DS (where it should've released in the 1st place) or the Switch. If you missed it check it out!
