Should Jury Duty Be Reformed To Prohibit The general Public From Participating?
Should Jury duty be reformed in a way in which it prohibits the general public from judging an individual who have committed a crime and instead allocates such a judgment to individuals with a background and experience in law? What are your thoughts? As I have been thinking about this for a while and would appreciate some insight or thoughts!
