Do people gather to play Phantasy Star Online v2 on the Sylverant Server?

I just hooked up my Dreamcast via DreamPi to Phantasy Star Online, and all of the servers that I popped into were empty. I'm not sure if anybody gathers to play this at all but if there were groups, servers, ships, times please let me know. Edit: I live in a CA (Pacific Time) since time zone is relevant.

Edit2: Thanks everyone. I think I'll try to log in on the next free evening or weekend I have.
