The Greatest Hamburger EVER?

Back in 1996, I had this burger from a place called Seymour's. I'll never forget the date either, it was April 14th. It was called the "Steamed Ham", despite the fact that it was obviously grilled. It was actually quite similar to the burgers that they have at this other place called "Krusty Burger", Im sure you guys have never heard of it. Anyway, Seymour's is in Utica, New York, which is upstate and near Albany. They also have a desert called the "Aurora Borealis", but my mother wouldn't even let me see it, let alone get it. All I can say is, after spending the day thinking they were gonna take me to get steam clams (which I hate), that "Steamed Ham" was a welcomed substitute. I've gotta say, the overall presentation and taste of the dish was devilishly delightful, and I would totally go back...except later in that same year, the place burned down.

Does anyone have any recollection of Seymour's in Utica, and their prized "Steamed Ham"?
