What games on either console or PC exist that don't have a level cap?

I'm looking primarily for online multiplayer games where you can essentially become a god the longer you play. In not talking about gearing up either, but more specifically gaining stats and stronger abilities for leveling without a level cap being in place. Any genre will do but preferably MMORPG and/or fantasy based games.
