Apple DEP - worth the trouble?

I manage the MDM solution for my company. We have the usual mix that you'd see anywhere... Samsung, iPhone, iPad, we even have a couple of users that have a Galaxy Tab.

I've been looking at the Apple Device Enrollment Program. Basically it looks like a way to "force-provision" devices to our in-house MDM solution, from what I can tell. Are there any benefits that I might be missing, that would justify bringing all my iDevices over?
