I can't find a record of my mole removal.

So I'm 21 and when I was a prepubescent kid I had a mole removed. I moved about once a year or every other year when I was a kid and i have no contact with my parents. I've made countless phone calls and I can't find shit. The mole was where my sack meets my leg and if I shave you can still see what looks like a birthmark.

My recruiter says I shouldn't worry about it. What do you guys think ?
