So can I order a QAS for March?

On https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/sat/scores/verifying-scores it shows that the March test has a QAS. Is it worth ordering?

Also, for score verification, the same page says not to order it if you made errors while bubbling in (like not #1 pencil, etc) but later it says there is manual hand score verification.

You might not want score verification if:

You see your correct essay online and it is readable. Essay score verification does not include rereading the essay or an appeal of your essay score. You did not use a No. 2 pencil or you did not mark your multiple-choice answers according to our guidelines. We will not rescore your answer sheet, and your score will not change. Examples of not following the guidelines: using slashes, not completely or darkly filling in the answer circles, or not marking the circles for your student-produced responses in the math section.

But later it mentions the verification by hand so what is it for if not the bubbling issues? If someone did use a #1 pencil then would hand scoring fix it (and if yes then why does it say you don't want verification if you didn't use that pencil)?
