New operator Idea

Code name: Rewind or looper Rewind is apart of the 707th unit which you may know now by vigil and dokkabie. Rewind is on the attacking side and she is also a hacker like dokkabie. Rewind wind posses the ability to hack into a camera on the defense side and putting it in a loop. This loop last 10 seconds refreshing every two seconds to notify you that the camera is on a loop. While on this loop it’s just on a still image of that room. So this means attacker can go into that room without the defenders getting notified, and just like dokkabie rewind can go to a dead defenders corpse and hack the phone and loop every single camera the defenders have available. So here’s my idea for a new op it may be useless but my mindset is if you take out the camera in that room they know you’re there so if it don’t and go into that room while the effects going on they won’t even know you’re there
