Using Targeted Trinkets with Healbot

I've just gotten "Ishkar's Felshield Emitter" from Antorus and I have been trying to make a macro to use it with Healbot however the /cast and /use commands aren't working. It's a trinket that casts a shield onto a targeted ally. Can anyone help me?
