How is trundle in the jungle atm?

OP.gg has trundle as the highest win rate jungle although he has an extremely low pick rate. He also does well against a lot of meta junglers picks such Olaf, voli, and warwick.

Is the reason why he has such a high win rate because of people one tricking him or just him being a strong counter pick? Are there any reasons to pick him over other top tier junglers such as kha zix or warwick in low elo?
