New Monitor flickering

Got myself a new monitor. A Samsung C24FG70 24 inch. The screen is flickering on dark colors only. White everything fine, dark (like this reddit background) flicker. Not an excessive flicker like on-off, on-off. Like constant shaking

I've reinstalled the drivers for the monitor and the graphics card. I will try the other port tomorrow. I have to get a display port cable, running HDMI at 120 hz right now, can't go higher.

EDIT - UPDATE so turned it off for about an hour and seems fine. Don't know what fixed it, maybe it just needed to be off. The PC was in sleep mode so I don't know.

EDIT - UPDATE 2 - Still flickers, but not constant

EDIT - UPDATE 3 DisplayPort didn't fix, but got me to 144hz
