Goat Not Replying to Messages?

So I bought a pair of vapormaxes from them and had them shipped to europe (Where I'm from). Shopping all went well until it arrived in Portugal, I received an email claiming that I need to send receipts and my ID. Now the shipping details just update everyday to "CLEARANCE EVENT". I contacted DHL and said I need to send them the required paper work. You see, normally this wouldn't be an issue, however the attached invoice claimed the total price was $190, buttt I payed $235+$30 shipping.

I sent them an email asking about the issue on the 6th of March and haven't received an email ever since... so I contacted them again on the 8th of March and still no answer.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Becoming a sneaker head in Europe ain't easy :(
