Where did you get your super shredder and specific element weapons?

So I'm kinda interested if the game automatically puts you into a pool of set weapons and perks that you will get.

I've never had a super shredder, nor solid weapon type gun.

I've been playing for 161 days and have bought every super ranged and troll loot llamas since I started. Other than the 95% trash that I've got it appears my most common element is water by some large margain. Luckily I've got a gravedigger which covers my fire type but I'm very seldom get any fire type and even rarer a nature type.

How did you get your super shredder? Was it an upgrade llama? Super ranged? Troll loot etc.

Also what's your most common element type? And how do you normally purchase llamas?
