Confessions of a former botter

I'll likely get downvoted, but I wanted to get it off my chest... I've openly admitted to botting on this sub several times, but as you all know there aren't any PUBLICLY available bots at the moment and like won't be for a long while. I give credit when credit is due so kudos to Blizz.

I just wanted to say that since I've actually had to play every second this season I've had a blast. Hell, I've had more fun this season playing Diablo than I have in a lonnng time. I'd even go as far as saying I've not had this much fun since before I started botting. I've made 10+ new friends that I play with regularly and am just genuinely enjoying almost like its a new game to me again.

I was also a THUD user and while I do miss all the QoL (imo) changes it made, I truly think I'm a better player now that I'm not using it. Almost as if it was a training course and now I'm applying that knowledge it taught me (AOE radius, underground/flying mob appearances, etc).

Well, thanks for listening and maybe we'll wind up in a party together!

EDIT: Reasons for botting --- I simply got tired of the monotonous tasks of farming mats and those items that are sooo rare. I now realize just how much of the game that kind of ruined.
