How to deal with a low score on UserTesting?

I made a dumb mistake on UserTesting about two weeks ago, got dinged, okay, fair enough. I'll just do better next time. But ever since then, I haven't had a single test appear on my dash, and from what I've been reading, anything other than a perfect score means you're screwed forever?

My day job doesn't pay especially well, so UserTesting was actually kind of a big deal for me. Do I just wait it out or scrap my account and make a new one?
