Scenes where actors broke characters?

EVERY actor (even the best) sometimes breaks character in scenes (whether in terms of delivery, body acting, expressions, tone etc).

I'm going to nitpick on my fave, Emily Fields:

Fake Em vs. Spence fight: Her whole delivery here (voice and facial expressions) was SO not Emily but Shay Mitchell. "Oh my God, drapes! Thanks A! I'm so excited I get to have my senior prom in a dungeon..."
