How do you unlock/obtain the salty banner icon?

I don't see it on the battle pass, and I know it isn't there as friends that have played less than me this season have it. I have searched everywhere I can online and can't figure this out. The icon doesn't even exist on the gamepedia page. Anyone know how to unlock the salty banner icon?

I'm about to go insane. Thanks.
