Change

I made a career change from early childhood education to hospitality 4 years ago. Im currently employed at a low ranking hotel per guest satisfaction and made sadly 23000 ladt year. Ive invested in 401k and stocks independently. Its not my favorite place I have a headache when I arrive and a headache when I leave. How can I leave the job with class? I plan on giving 3 weeks notice. I have no job only temp work at the moment.My concern will be the FB director and Chef will not acceted my notice and will give me a bad reference when future employers call. What can I do?
