Graphics issues with Xbox One X

Hey,

I have a xbox one x and Sony 900e TV. I noticed in Fortnite that sometimes the right side of the tv was a line that looks like a graphic glitch. When I move fast, it becomes long black lines until I stop moving. I noticed it in the witcher 3 as well, escept its the bottom of the tv.

I checked both games on my PS4, no issues at all. Is this a bug? Or is the GPU in my Xbox One X starting to fail?
